SALINA, Kan. (KSNW) - A Salina teacher arrested Tuesday has been formally charged in court.

Amanda Freeman made her first appearance in Saline County District Court Thursday morning, where she was charged with unlawful distribution of cannabinoids, specifically less than 10 doses of an item containing THC, the psychoactive compound found in marijuana and in low concentrations in hemp products. She is also facing a charge of aggravated endangering a child, contributing to a child's misconduct or deprivation of a child, possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawfully hosting minors consuming alcohol, and furnishing alcohol to a minor.
