NISKAYUNA, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Carrot Festival is making its way back to Schenectady this weekend. Sunday will mark the event's 47th year.

The festival, held at Congregation Agudat Achim on Union Street, has vendors, food, a kid-friendly zone, and entertainment for the community. It will run from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Event schedule • Shir Chadash Trio: 10:30 to 11:15 a.m. • Hot Club of Saratoga: 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. • Cardboard Box: 12:45 to 1 p.m. • Cool Universe (formerly The Secret): 1:15 to 2:15 p.m. • SIRSY: 2:45 to 4 p.m.

Those with dietary restrictions are in luck, as there will be non-dairy, gluten free, and vegetarian food options. A full menu can be found on the Congregation Agudat Achim website.
