The Living and Learning Enrichment Center announced it has been selected as a finalist in the 2026 Chick-fil-A True Inspiration Awards, making it the only Michigan nonprofit selected to compete in the final voting round, according to a press release.
The True Inspiration Awards honor nonprofits across the country that are making an impact in their communities. Winners receive grants ranging from $30,000 to $350,000 to expand their programs and services.
Living and Learning was nominated by Chick-fil-A Northville Owner-Operators Phil and Amanda Whitsel for its vocational training and employment readiness programs. Living and Learning also manages the MOD Market in downtown Northville.
