A series of ominous terror threats has swept across five Historically Black Colleges or Universities (HBCUs) today, leading to campus-wide lockdowns and the suspension of all operations. The frightening reports follow closely on the heels of the fatal shooting of conservative activist Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University just yesterday.
