SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - A bold new experimental restaurant has opened in downtown Shreveport.

A new restaurant plans to change things up in Shreveport’s food culture. Fusion Bistro Experience Restaurant and Bar , 605 Texas Street, will be rotating the menu every few months to feature a new chef or caterer. The business appears to be the brainchild of Diane Davis .

Visit Shreveport-Bossier’s Wade Marshall has already given a sneak peek into the business and the first menu. He enjoyed fried fish and homemade beignets.

"Fusion Bistro Experience is a rotating culinary showcase featuring chefs and caterers from the city and beyond—offering bold flavors, fresh ideas, and a new tasteful experience‚" says the Fusion Bistro Experience’s Facebook page.
