TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - Florida A&M University is canceling on-campus classes on Friday due to recent threats to HBCUs around the country .
A university email says classes will be remote on Friday, and staff will also work from home.
FAMU DRS will have classes on campus on Friday, but with increased security, per the university.
The football game scheduled between Sneads and FAMU DRS has been postponed to Oct. 20, as confirmed by a spokesperson from Sneads.
FAMU noted they have not received any credible threats of violence on campus.
