The journey to a five-peat state championship has begun for St. Thomas More volleyball.
Just seven games into the 2025 season, the Cougars are already on a seven-game winning streak despite losing six of their starters from last season.
“It’s always exciting,” STM coach Jessica Burke said. “I think anytime we’re losing a lot of starters, it's exciting because there’s so much room for a lot of growth. We’re not too focused on repeating or anything like that but just being the best that we can be.”
With key senior leadership and standout newcomers, STM is aiming to maintain its powerhouse status on the way back to a state title.
