$3M off-market deal in Windsor Farms tops area home sales for August

An off-market deal in Richmond’s Windsor Farms topped the priciest area home sales reported for August by the Central Virginia Regional Multiple Listing Service.

The 5,800-square-foot house at 3812 Dover Road sold Aug. 1 for $3.2 million. The property and its 0.34-acre lot was assessed by the city at $2 million at the time of the sale.

The buyer is listed in city property records as 1217 Elizabeth Way LLC. The LLC is not listed on the Virginia State Corporation Commission’s online database.

The seller was Dover Spider LLC, a Connecticut-based entity that bought the house in 2020 for $1.65 million. The LLC was represented in that transaction by Mary Soroka with EXP Realty. Long & Foster’s Margaret Wade was the listing agent at the time.
