EAST LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - Michigan State University is cutting the ribbon on Campbell Hall’s newest transformation on Friday.
The hall underwent a $37 million renovation to preserve its historic character while also improving accessibility and student-centered spaces.
Campbell Hall is MSU’s oldest operating residence hall, first built in 1939.
The hall will serve as a living-learning community for students in the MSU Honors College and will offer its own exclusive MSU Dairy Store flavor, called ‘Honors College Smart Cookie.’
The ribbon-cutting ceremony will begin at 3:30 p.m.
