Ted Cruz has called out author Stephen King after he criticized the late Charlie Kirk.
Writing on X, the Texas Republican called King "a horrible, evil, twisted liar" after he claimed Kirk - who was fatally shot on Wednesday - "advocated stoning gays to death."
