SHREWSBURY, Mass. —

A man accused of fatally shooting another man who confronted him about graffiti at a park in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, is scheduled to face a murder charge Friday.

Snehal Srivastava, 26, was previously held without bail on charges of armed assault with intent to murder and carrying a firearm without a license in the death of Kevin Doherty, 56, on Aug. 28. The charges against Srivastava were later upgraded. Latest Forecast
