A Southfield man is charged with fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct after Farmington Hills police say he discharged an unknown liquid onto the buttocks area of two women in a grocery story.
Deon Otis Grant, 20, was arraigned before Judge James Brady of the 47th District Court in Farmington Hills on Wednesday, Sept. 10. A not guilty plea was entered on his behalf. Grant was released on a $10,000 personal bond.
A woman reported to Farmington Hills police on Sept. 5 that while she was shopping the previous day at the Kroger store at 25780 Middlebelt Road, a man discharged an unknown liquid onto the back of her pants near her buttocks.
