More dry and warm air will take us into the weekend, and it gets even warmer next week.

A sunny sky will greet us for the remainder of the day Friday, with temperatures very comfortable at kick off for high school games in the low 70s. A clear sky will take over after the sun sets, and temperatures will eventually bottom out in the low 50s Saturday morning.

Through the first 12 days of September, only 0.21" has been recorded at the Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport, the driest start to the month since 2009.
