AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - Paceline is holding fundraising events throughout September to help raise money ahead of its annual PaceDay event.

PaceDay is a community event that brings together walkers, runners and riders in the fight against cancer.

On Friday, the organization held a fundraiser called “Paceline Palooza” on the Augusta University Health Sciences campus.

September is National Suicide Prevention Month, and on Thursday, students at Augusta University crafted ‘Hands of Hope’ for those who wrestle with thoughts of self-harm.
