Cornwall council formally agreed to begin collecting funds from property owners that are now connected to wastewater services in the north end of the city.
City staff members will begin to notify the benefiting landowners about their payment options and deadlines. This decision comes almost 2.5 years after the construction was slated to be complete, which extended Cornwall’s wastewater services along Brookdale Avenue from Tollgate Road through to Cornwall Centre Road.
