HANOVER, N.H. (ABC22/FOX44) - Authorities in Hanover said that a popular parking garage downtown near Dartmouth College will be closed to the public for much of the fall as necessary repairs are completed.

The closure of the garage on 7 Lebanon St. is scheduled to begin Monday, September 15. It is currently estimated to last "up to 10 weeks," which would mean a completion date in late November, though the Town of Hanover will continue to provide updates.

According to Hanover police, people who are paying for assigned parking spaces will still be able to use the garage, though they will be limited to exiting and leaving the garage from Currier Place rather than Lebanon St. Other members of the public will need to park elsewhere until the construction ends.
