TAYLORS, S.C. (WSPA) - The owner of a Greenville County pet boarding business was arrested after deputies said multiple dead dogs were found on the property.
On March 20, Greenville County Sheriff's Office and Animal Control were called to Tallyho Kennels, on Old Spartanburg Road, after the property owner had discovered dead dogs on the property.
The property owner was notified by the power company that the power was going to be turned off and went to check on the tenant who had a lease-to-own agreement.
Numerous dead dogs were discovered in deplorable conditions including a significant amounts of feces and a heavy flea infestation, deputies said.
