ALTOONA, Pa. (WTAJ) -- An Altoona man arrested for threatening a woman with an axe last week is under arrest again, police said.

Shawn Himes, 31, was arrested Sept. 11, after 911 was called for a physical dispute at Yale Lane and Duke Road, near the Meadows in the Greenwood area of Altoona.

Himes, who was arrested Aug. 31 for allegedly using an axe to threaten two women, was arrested again for allegedly creating issues for a woman involving his car.

According to Logan Township police, they were dispatched for a man screaming in the area of Yale Lane and Duke Road. While responding, officers were informed that the incident had turned physical. Police responded to find a woman's vehicle against a telephone pole, running, with no one around.
