APPLETON, Wis. (WBAY) - Students at Lawrence University are sharing their reactions after Charlie Kirk’s death, with many hoping there’s a way to bring people together for a constructive conversation.
For a lot of students, like the ones just arriving to Lawrence University on Friday, there was a lot to think about when it comes to free speech, especially on campuses that encourage it.
“I mean, Charlie Kirk is not a man I support or stand by, but I don’t think going after people for their political views is something that you should do,” said Freddery Ventura.
