HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - The Hawaii Department of Health (HDOH) has reopened an Aiea eatery after correcting issues related to insufficient refrigeration for food that requires temperature control for safety.
After a follow-up inspection on Friday, HDOH allowed Olay’s Thai Food Express to reopen after the following corrective action:
Refrigeration units must be able to maintain proper cold-holding temperatures of 41°F or below.
HDOH cited the eatery on Thursday after a routine inspection for multiple violations.
