Jack Pyburn will have something of a reunion on Saturday, Sept. 13 when No. 4 LSU (2-0) hosts Florida football (1-1) in both teams' SEC opener

Pyburn transferred from the Gators to the Tigers this offseason in search of a more suitable role for himself. He will make his third appearance as edge defender for LSU when the Tigers host the Gators at Tiger Stadium at 7:30 p.m. in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

In his first two games with LSU, Pyburn has six tackles and half a sack for a defense that has allowed just 8.5 points per game in wins over Clemson and Louisiana Tech. However, former teammates DJ Lagway and Jadan Baugh could be a stiffer test for Pyburn and the Tigers to take on.
