The mum of a 12-year-old girl who was kidnapped from an Asda car park and raped as she was held for three days has spoken out about the impact on her daughter.

She said her daughter had become "a completely different child" in the wake of the horrific event.

Kevin Horvath, 26, Ivan Turtak, 38, and Ernest Gunar, 27 were all jailed yesterday.

Turtak and Hovarth were both jailed for 17 years with an additional three years on extended licence. Gunar was jailed for 19 years with an additional three years on extended licence.

Canterbury Crown Court heard how Horvath and Turtak had lured the young girl into their car in an Asda car park in Dover, Kent on August 11.
