COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) issued a shelter-in-place order Sunday morning for 100 yards of 7600 Ochre View due to law enforcement activity.

Police tell 11 News the situation started as a domestic incident. The suspect allegedly pulled a gun on the victim and refused to exit the home. Police say there were no injuries, and everyone except the suspect got out of the house.

CSPD asked residents in the area to stay inside and away from doors and windows.

The alert was issued at 7:55 a.m. The order was lifted at 11:57 a.m. after the suspect was taken into custody without incident.
