COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) issued a shelter-in-place order Sunday morning for 100 yards of 7600 Ochre View due to law enforcement activity.

Police tell 11 News the situation started as a domestic incident. The suspect allegedly pulled a gun on the victim, and now will not exit the home.

Police ask residents to stay inside and away from doors and windows.

The alert was issued at 7:55 a.m.
