GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - Nobody was hurt after a fire was started by industrial equipment in Green Bay on Saturday.

Just before 4:45 p.m. on Saturday, the Green Bay Metro Fire Department responded to 600 Liberty Street for a fire alarm.

On scene, crews found black smoke coming from the roof and immediately requested additional units.

Crews entered the building and found that a spark from a piece of industrial equipment started a fire that spread into the roof and walls of the building.

Fire crews attacked the fire and managed to get it under control in about 15 minutes. The damage to the building and its contents is estimated to be around $30,000.
