GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - The blue and grey returned to Heritage Hill State Park on Sunday for the second Wisconsin Civil War Encampment Reenactment.
The event gives visitors a hands-on experience of what life was like in the 1860s during the Civil War.
The experience included dressing like a soldier and seeing what life was like for women and children on the home front.
There was also a scavenger hunt and a baseball game for kids, while adults observed 19th-century camp cooking and military trials.
Sunday’s event lasted 4 hours.
