A slow-moving coastal low is spinning just offshore and will drift closer to Eastern North Carolina tonight through Tuesday, bringing periods of rain, gusty winds, and some coastal flooding concerns. As the low pressure system inches toward the coast Monday, winds will strengthen and rain will spread farther inland.
