HEBRON, Conn. — A juvenile dirt bike rider was seriously injured in a crash on Sunday afternoon, according to Connecticut State Police.

A LIFE STAR medical helicopter was called to transport the injured party.

State police from Troop K responded at 5:25 p.m. to Burnt Hill Road at its intersection with Cone Road in Hebron after receiving a report about the crash.

They could not provide further details on the extent of injuries or the exact age of the driver, other than to say they were a minor.
