HARTFORD, Conn — Salute Restaurant in Downtown Hartford is set to reopen Monday after closing in July for renovations.

The Italian restaurant announced in a Facebook post Friday that a ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place for the grand reopening of the 100 Trumbull St. location at 3 p.m. Monday.

The renovations took place from July 14 through Sunday, while the Rocky Hill location at 377 Cromwell Ave. remained open.

The restaurant noted that they will donate 20% of all sales during their grand reopening to Connecticut Foodshare.
