Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow is reportedly feared to have suffered a Grad 3 toe injury, which will require surgery and rule him out for at least three months, NFL Network 's Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero reported Sunday (September 14) night.
