Browns coach Kevin Stefanski touched on his team’s giveaways in his opening statement.

“We gave (Baltimore) 21 points via a blocked punt, a fumble recovery and an interception,” Stefanski said. “It’s hard to win period, but it’s hard to win when when you do that.”
