CHARLOTTE, N.C. — While the Carolina Panthers lost 27-22 to the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday, the team's surging second-half offense offered some positives.

Quarterback Bryce Young scored career highs in passing yards, completions, and attempts. He completed 33 of 55 passes for 328 yards, three touchdowns, and one interception. The touchdown total ties a career high.

Young and the Panthers pursued a noble comeback effort after falling behind 27-3 in the third quarter.

Some of Young's biggest plays included a 26-yard pass to rookie receiver Brycen Tremayne on 4th-and-16 in the fourth quarter and a 40-yard pass over the middle to rookie receiver Tetaira McMillan.
