BRAINERD — The Legacy Chorale of Greater Minnesota is hosting its opening season gala Sept. 27 at the Lodge at Brainerd Lakes.
The evening will include a cabaret-style show accompanied by dinner, cash bar and silent auction.
Showcasing conductors Brian Stubbs and Kennedy Niska as emcees, the cabaret will feature a number of talented local performers and preview the music and themes of chorale’s 24th season through song and dialogue.
This season’s theme, Life Journeys, will invite audiences to explore conditions of the human experience, told through the perspective of different stages of life. The cabaret will introduce attendees to timeless melodies and enduring texts that share the dreams and aspirations of youth, the wisdom and reflection of old age, and everything in between.
