COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) -- The Columbus Crew will be without its top goal scorer for at least two weeks and potentially for a full month.

Coach Wilfried Nancy announced Monday that Diego Rossi, who had a first-half hat-trick on Saturday in a 5-4 win over Atlanta United, will be out 2-4 weeks because of a hamstring injury.

The Uruguayan leads the team with 16 goals in 28 MLS regular season matches, all of which he started in. Rossi is among the top-10 goal scorers in MLS as the club will look toward new signing Wessam Abou Ali to pick up where Rossi left off. Abou Ali netted his first Crew goal in the win at Atlanta.

Columbus is also dealing with the injury to midfielder Sean Zawadzki, who remains out after sustaining an injury while training with the United States national team.
