In the fall of 2024, Luc Zadek reached out to a contractor for help with an essential addition to his home; but soon after work began, the contractor disappeared, leaving him out $35,000 and without the necessary addition.
Zadek has been living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) since the 1990s. He needed a wheelchair lift installed at his front entrance. The lift also needed to be enclosed, so that it operates smoothly during the winter months.

“That’s my only way in and out,” said Zadek. “I need the elevator, because I’m quadriplegic.”
