COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - A disturbance (Invest 92-L) over the central Atlantic is showing signs of organization. It is forecast to move into an environment favorable for further development as it tracks westward.

The odds of further tropical development with this wave are high (90%) over the next 7 days and medium (50%) in the next 48 hours. By the end of this week, this could become our next tropical depression or storm. If this becomes our next tropical storm, the next name on the list is ‘Gabrielle’.
