Yes, the headline tells the tale -- if you’re here, you’re probably wondering: What’s the deal here? It’s Monday night! There’s a NFL game on ESPN — the Los Angeles Chargers and Las Vegas Raiders — and the usual pairing of Joe Buck and Troy Aikman aren’t on the air.

What gives? There’s a simple answer to this one.

Week 2 of 2025 features two Monday Night Football games on the same night. Earlier in the night the Bucs and Texans playes... and it's there that you found Buck and Aikman calling that game.

So the second game has a second team: Chris Fowler, Dan Orlovsky, Louis Riddick, Katie George and Peter Schrager.
