Local nonprofit Nashville Diaper Connection announced Monday its president and founder, Doug Adair, will step down after 12 years in the role.

Relatedly, Brandi Jack, former COO of the company, will replace Adair and use the title of CEO, according to a press release. Jack joined the organization in 2020 and grew the company from serving 1,400 to 7,000 children with the addition of community partners.
Touted as the city's only dedicated diaper bank offering free diapers to families in need, Nashville Diaper Connection distributes 4.5 million diapers annually in Middle Tennessee.
The nonprofit has a goal of serving 32 Middle Tennessee counties by 2028 and all 40 of the counties in the region by 2030, according to the release.
