BENNINGTON — A Stamford man charged with aggravated domestic assault for allegedly pointing a loaded gun at his wife’s face during a heated argument in August, in view of a minor, was remanded back to jail after a bail hearing failed to convince a judge he wasn’t an imminent safety threat.
Charles Dolle, 52, was charged with felony aggravated domestic assault with a deadly weapon and reckless endangerment back in August stemming from a violent incident at his Stamford residence. He faces a possible combined 16 years behind bars if found guilty on both counts.
