NORTH BENNINGTON — With the traditional back to school season in full swing, the annual open house event, an official reopening of the 2 Park Street Head Start and Early Head Start location, and the larger United Counseling Service (UCS) Barn Sale fundraiser in Manchester, the past week few weeks at UCS have been exceptionally busy.

United Counseling Service celebrated their "official" reopening of the North Bennington Head Start/Early Head Start facility on Tuesday, Sept. 9, coinciding the event with the preplanned annual Open House – where parents, guardians, and caretakers were encouraged to tour the facility and classroom spaces, meet teachers and staff, and learn about the Parent Leadership Board and other opportunities and services.
