A 78-year-old man from Daytona Beach Shores was arrested on September 11 after authorities alleged he used a firearm to coerce a juvenile into performing sexual acts.

The Daytona Beach Shores Department of Public Safety announced the arrest of Peter Brady, who faces multiple charges, including lewd and lascivious acts involving a minor, aggravated assault with a firearm, and false imprisonment.

On September 9, officials executed a search warrant at Brady’s home. The search resulted in the seizure of approximately 20 firearms and 50 DVDs and videocassettes.
