CATSKILL – Two people were killed in separate motor vehicle accidents in the Town of Catskill over the weekend.

On Saturday, September 13 at about 10:50 p.m., the Greene County Sheriff’s Office said a 2018 GMC Sierra pickup truck was traveling northbound on Bogart Road near Wolven Road in Catskill when the driver, identified as 36-year-old Kerri Fallon of Catskill, drifted off the road and struck a tree.

The sheriff’s office said she was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigation into the cause of the accident is continuing.

The following day, Sunday, September 14, just before 7 p.m., deputies said a 2020 Harley Davidson motorcycle driving eastbound on SR 23A near Underhill Road in Catskill struck a deer that had run into the road.
