MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - The Big Ten Conference announced on Monday afternoon that outside hitter Mimi Colyer and setter Charlie Fuerbringer each earned Big Ten Weekly Honors following Wisconsin’s 3-0 wins over Milwaukee and Georgia Tech.

After a match-high 19 kills and a season best .567 hitting percentage in Wisconsin’s 3-0 win over No. 21 Georgia Tech, Colyer was named as the Big Ten Player of the Week.

With this performance, Colyer now leads the conference in kills per set, while ranking second in the nation.

Fuerbringer was named the Big Ten Setter of the Week after tacking her third double-double of the season, with 40 assists and 10 digs in the Badgers’ win over the Yellow Jackets.
