TOLEDO, Ohio —
A few months of construction has turned into a headache for some Point Place residents.
113th Street is going through a full reconstruction. Work on the road has been underway since March, and the city even kicked off its road reconstruction season on the street in April.
Residents in the area said the road hasn't seen much change since then, even though they were originally told the construction would be done in mid-July.
"It's just a disaster," Miranda Wentz, who lives on 113th Street, said. "It's a mess."
Wentz and other residents said they felt the road needed a facelift due to potholes, but they aren't happy with how long it's been taking.
"There's no way that I could have assumed that it would be this long," said resident Justin McCutcheon.
