NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - The Nashville International Airport reports that early arrival is suggested as heavy traffic is affecting the area on Monday afternoon.

The Tennessee Department of Transportation reports a crash is to blame for the heavy traffic in the area.

TDOT said a crash on Terminal Drive near BNA is causing delays on the Interstate 40 ramps to the airport.

“A HELP truck is en route to see if assistance is needed,” TDOT said.
