LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - A Louisville woman complained to her council member about a squatter terrorizing her for over a year.
The council member showed up unannounced at the woman’s house in August, following months of complaints on Facebook from her daughter.
Also at the front door, a man with no official ties to metro government, saying he was working with the council member.
The family believes the meeting was meant to silence their criticism.
It’s dusk on a late August Friday. A security camera records a man walking up to this home on North 42nd; he rings the bell; no one answers.
It’s the second time he’s stopped by. The family gave WAVE a picture showing the same man on camera at the front door a week earlier. He said he was on business for the neighborhood’s metro council memb
