Orchard Park, N.Y. — Matt Milano was standing on the sidelines watching the second half of the Buffalo Bills ’ 30-10 blowout win on Sunday at MetLife Stadium.
The 31-year-old linebacker sustained a pectoral injury and wasn’t able to practice on Monday as the Bills held a walk-through as they began a short week turnaround for the Miami Dolphins on Thursday Night Football.
Bills coach Sean McDermott wasn’t able to provide a timeline for Milano’s injury and doesn’t yet know if it will be a long-term issue.
"He’s one of our better players, and so we’ll see where it goes," McDermott said. “But yeah, I feel bad for him. He works extremely hard. You guys know him. He’s here quite a bit and he puts a lot of time into it and it means a lot to him.”
The Bills are fortunate to have starting-qua
