SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - High pressure which has been holding strong across the ArkLaTex will start to break down over the next week bringing a return of storm chances along with a gradual cooling trend.
For tonight, we should stay quiet around the region with just some passing clouds. Overnight lows will range from the mid 60s to the low 70s.
Another hot day ahead for Tuesday with temperatures climbing into the mid 90s. We’ll have just enough moisture around for an isolated shower or storm but most of the region will stay dry.
From Wednesday through Friday, moisture will increase a bit, and this will lead to widely scattered showers and storms popping up each afternoon. Having said that, widespread rain is not expected, and many places will likely remain dry during this time. The late
