Another push of monsoon moisture into New Mexico will bring scattered storms Tuesday and Wednesday. More rain is likely at the end of the week.

Drier weather continues across New Mexico to start the week, with a few isolated storms in southern New Mexico. storms are still dropping heavy rain, with a Flash Flood Warning, in southeast New Mexico. It was also a warmer day across the state, with high temperatures climbing back up to near and above average for mid-September. Skies will be mostly clear tonight with seasonable low temperatures.

More storms develop Tuesday afternoon across western, central, northern, and eastern New Mexico. These could drop heavy rain, causing flash flooding. On Wednesday, drier air will move into western New Mexico, but a cold front will move into the northeast
