BECKLEY, WV (WVNS) - Governor Patrick Morrisey continues to push for more expansive infrastructure in the Mountain State.

Governor Morrisey said he has been working the Trump administration to expand broadband access across West Virginia. The governor said internet access is essential for most residents in the current professional landscape. He said broadband access should be considered as crucial as any other form of baseline infrastructure. "I'm going to be willing to talk to anyone who will listen to me about why having broadband matters in West Virginia," he said.
